His cat Manyunya has zero opinions about brand identity but gets an office vibe credit anyway.

Margo’s recipe for staying inspired: good strong coffee, a vibrant city, and her sketchbook. She loves drawing so much that she runs sketch mornings every Sunday in Vilnius.

Aleh can spend two hours finding the perfect easing curve that nobody but him will ever notice. He always tells himself it’ll be a quick animation. Forty minutes later, he’s still moving one object one pixel to the left. The clients see “smooth.” Aleh sees everything that could still be better.

When we decided we needed more of our SEO Team Lead Alina, we did what any rational agency would do: we tried to clone her.
